Breaking News – Sydney North Planning Panel Approval

Dear Members,

After 6 years of planning and hard work, I am pleased to advise that the Sydney North Planning Panel (SNPP) has approved our Development Applications for the Retirement Village and new Clubhouse, following their meeting on Wednesday 21 July. This is a landmark moment in the Club’s history that will ensure its survival for decades to come.

I would personally like to thank all members for their support throughout this journey along with past and current Board members and our General Manager for their input, dedication and time invested in making this Project a reality.

I would also like to thank our partners Watermark Retirement Living for their commitment and support as we worked towards this common goal.

The Board will now plan for the coming months, including a timeline for closure beyond 31 August.

Additional updates will be provided in the coming weeks as timings become clearer.
